Danny ings goal yesterday was perfectly executed unlike the grannie shaggers shin goal, I wonder if sky have been showing that every hour.
 
It didn't take long .................

Last week I saw a 'sidebar' on a media site claiming the rags had two top quality players for each position that would enable them to win the title this season.
Today another 'sidebar' claims they haven't got the quality in their squad to mount a serious challenge.

Seems they get giddy when they have a victory but it doesn't take long for reality to set in.

Here we go again.

It flew into the top corner for a winner in the derby, the fuck would anyone care apart from small-time City fans that the ball made contact with his shin as well as his foot.

Great goal scored by a nob in a game which hurt us all.

If Goater would have done that, we’d have a chant made up for it by now.

NBC did their round up of the day's games yesterday by declaring ".....and a great result for Manchester United at Southampton".

I looked over at my goldfish and asked them "a draw at Southampton is a great result?"
They were too speechless to reply!

Watched goals on Sunday yesterday. David Seaman said was better than Shreks csuse his came of his ankle. I did say to TV his shin David his shin ( yes I talk to the TV am lonely) quickly moved on without reply.

But unlike United fans, we'd have a humerous chant, referencing the shin, not treating it so seriously, like it was the greatest goal ever.

Their two centre halves and defensive midfielders looked so shite yesterday when Southampton pressed them.
From what i saw of Varanne at the Etihad a year ago he isn't going to be that comfortable either in those situations.

If I scored a late-ish derby winner by rising like a salmon, only to miss the ball and for it go in off my shoulder would we all be classing it as a great headed winner?

Dramatic yes, brilliant, less so..................
 
They must hold the world record for most money spent without a title win from 2013 onwards and most without a trophy from 2017 onwards. Never hear owt about it though.
