Which time? If you mean the time when the appalling security failed to do basic searches which led to a fake device being left in the toilet, or the time when the appalling security allowed Zebra pants & his gang to storm the turnstiles & invade the pitch live on sky whilst applauded by Neville.

https://controlledsolutionsgroup.com/ took full responsibility for the first & the police commissioner stated he wanted a full investigation as the police & army ( controlled explosion) wasted valuable resources then nothing but it’s only been 5 years so I’m sure once they’ve investigated this they’ll move onto the pitch invasion.

Yes there was a full investigation which concluded that if they bought PR7 it would stop any further pitch invasions
