Never heard of him apart from the last few pages in here so cant really comment but he cant be worse then Ole. Seems his MO is to overhaul and bring in his own style. If he is a high press guy he's fucked unless he sits Ronaldo. Going to be very interesting.

Where the 4 fastest players in attack Werner, Bruma, Bernardo and Poulsen would attack as a four outnumbering the opposition defence which more often than not ended with a goal. He likes pacy attackers And quick transitions.

But the rags do not have the players with the discipline to do that. rags midfield full of egos and shit players. If Fred and mctominay try that it’s going to be a car crash.

So that’s the question — are the Glazers going to allow him the control he wants/needs and will he be allowed to bench/sell the “brand name” players they bought?

he'l be very limited to the January window as we all know so its not going to happen untill next August and by then he'l have packed his bags,,maybe he's sowing the seed for going into transition which is what they should have done when the turtle came in this is backed up by them sacking Ole and efectivly writing the domestic season off

I still can see he'll take that DoF role. For purpose of scouting, recruitment, ambition to expand the brand as how it was with Milan, etc. Hence re-engineering the business process. He seems to have been involved in that capacity. the current DoF they have doesn't have a clue.

When, in the last ten years, have they ever thought long-term? I don't buy it. I think we should keep the faith and assume they still have no idea what they are doing.

The mess they are in, with the owners they have, I doubt this guy is United's Messiah. He could just turn out to be a very naughty boy.

He’s a defender mate plays fullback and is slow as fuck, useless **** was at Brighton as well few year back
