Has there ever been a scenario where a team outspent every team in their league and has the highest wage bill and didn't win their own domestic league in 10 seasons? Imo United are the biggest flops in Europe. What has happened in these last 10 years to them is the biggest embarrassment in English football since dirty Leeds got relegated

A few United fans have come out with this moan where they say “you’re allowing Liverpool to win the league on your watch, we never did that”… but it’s still United’s “watch”.

They spend more money on transfer fees and wages than anybody (yet their fans still moan about their owners!) and on their watch they’re allowing City and Liverpool to win the league.

Not only that, but failed to qualify for the Champions League something like four times if they don't this season.

They haven't done anything other than what they always did though. Staggers me still how they had that success. A bully of a manager that every opponent was intimidated by is the answer. He wasn't anything special and I dare say in the last 10yrs he was there he didn't coach a single thing himself. He had an iron grip on stuff though. Just see Clattenburg in the cup final as the teams came out and the pissed up old twat came and shook his hand like he was Darth Vader. He shouldn't even have been there, he'd retired.
