The lose of revenue they would loose would be massive if the rent somewhere can't see them doing that they will do a stand at a time.
The caf seems to think they can use the Etihad if they do rebuilding works at the swamp.
It's council owned so city wouldn't get a say and the council couldn't refuse.
They really are thick.
I am sure the 2nd and 3rd ranked football neighbours in trafford would be willing to help outFuck that. They can play at Hough End for all I care.
Or, to quote the Whatever Happened To The Likely Lads theme song,Their future is all behind them.
And pay all arrears. No you are not the only one, I agree (but I didn't want to be the first to say it!). During the Second World War, City's rivals were unable to use their stadium in Old Trafford due to bomb damage. For a number of years, until Old Trafford could be restored United played their home games at Maine Road.
Now, bearing in mind the current Old Trafford looks like a bombs hit it (not to mention the fake bombs taped to toilet doors!) I think we should take pity on them - but as you say, only if they pay decent money for the privilege.
Altrincham FC are in Trafford so maybe they could be persuaded to help out the rags .
