The caf seems to think they can use the Etihad if they do rebuilding works at the swamp.
It's council owned so city wouldn't get a say and the council couldn't refuse.
They really are thick.
Not true. Landlords have no right of entry etc.

Could may be happen if it was their council...but it's not is it?....it's in an adjacent councils demise with whom you have no fiscal relationship.

But they pay rates to Trafford borough Council not Manchester city council So they don't have any say

They are under Trafford Borough Council for a start , which has absolutely fuck all to do with Manchester City Council.
