Tent Peg inherited the most expensive squad in the league with the biggest wage bill.
The terrible owners (according to the Norwich scarf waving wankers) gave him another £230 million to spend.
Despite this they're still not seriously challenging for the title.
Pellegrini won the league in his first season as did Conte at Chelsea so all this nonsense about it being his first season doesn't hold water.
There comes a point when they can't make excuses anymore.

Got on a plane in Tenerife just after 8pm last night.
Landed at 12:30 in Manchester to discover that nytid are now the bestest team ever………..again.
