What they meant to say was… “This is not the rag team we signed up to support when we were winning everything”

There are some fair enough criticisms of the Glazers, but for so many United fans it boils down to: we should be winning everything like in the 90s. They can't figure out that the reason everyone still enjoys this is because their "bad" years consist of, what, a few fifth place finishes and a cup or two? Most football fans can only dream of that and they're out here shitting themselves in public.

I had to laugh when I saw the Glazers at the swamp on Sunday. Normally many billionaires have an air of style and sophistication tinged with a nice suit.
Them lot looked like a couple of half pissed train drivers plucked from a picket line.
Fantastic owner, shows he’s dedicated to the cause.

You never see Sheikh Mansour at the Etihad.

Obviously he hasn't got the cash himself but he talks of getting Sir Jim Ratcliffe on board and he most certainly can afford it. Doesn't mean the Glazers will sell though!
I wouldn't necessarily agree with that.

I believe he's worth about £8bn, so unless he's prepared to blow what would realistically need to be half his entire wealth on buying and then investing in every aspect of the club, which seems pretty unlikely, then he can't really afford it.

Fair enough - I saw a figure of around £21bn but also another which states $12bn
