The Glazers seem to have confirmed to several papers they'd be willing to sell to a minority stakeholder.
If he buys a minority, no problem regulation wise.He also owns Nice how will that work when they meet in the European conference league next year? 8-)

Just giving the rags some false hope.Ratcliffe is quoted as saying he's interested "if the club is for sale" which it isn't. I very much doubt the Glazers would want to sell from a position of weakness. They will want £5bn. So it's basically a non story.
And its the hope that kills :)
