Exactly, what do the rags want from their owners, surely all you really give a fuck about is the strengthening of your squad, which the Glazers have bankrolled them to the hilt. The problem for them with the Galzers is that they’re not the GPC.
Had to explain to a dejected Red that there’s no such thing as the ‘United way’, and referred him to their good times under the OPC and Sir Mat, which were their real good times but not really a ’United way’.
Then to tell him that they’ve been backed to the hilt by the Glazers, laughably he then complained that they could have spent twice as much. I had to remind him that they could’ve spent all they want but without a coherent plan, they will never be City (Moyes).
Irony is lost on these.
