Correct. The whole infrastructure is set up to fail. That's why it has become a Bermuda Triangle for footballing talent be it players or managers.

Hope this lasts for another couple of decades. I'll be in my 70's by then, but I hope I still have the strength of mind and body, to open my window every time someone with a rag shirt walks past and shout "****"
