Banned from the dining room? That’ll teach him



Curious as to how an employer gets away with this in 2023. We all hear the stories when a manager decides he no longer wants a player & wants to move them on, sent with the kids, made to train 7 days a week, banished from changing rooms & other areas. Have to train on your own at different times so you don’t see any colleague’s.

When do the PFA step in & say you can’t treat our members like this?

This question isn’t really aimed at the players who are on £350k per week but you hear it all the time in the lower leagues when the player has done nothing wrong.
