Here's an answer to your quick question..

The dippers and rags have won ONE title in a decade between them and I've not forgot the fkin huge leg up you got to make sure you got over the line in being awarded that ONE..

The rub is, my team have dominated the league for over a decade and in the process have made 'the powers of football in this Country' fkin £billions..

You and the rags ain't that fkin special..

Hope that answers your question..
Ok quick question for you.. as people have said United and Liverpool have won nothing last 10 years by comparison to City..some have said both clubs are on the way down.. no problem with that either..
So the question is going on the above..
since City won the derby last weekend why have we only heard about United since.
Why is it when City have dominated the League including winning the Champions League last season why do we stil only hear about two clubs constantly.. United and Liverpool..
To be honest I respect City and they are my fav watch but am not stupid enough to not know United and Liverpool are still the biggest clubs in this country and create most money and interest..

That's probably why you're Ex Liverpool.

Oh and by the way I support City cos they're City..'fasionable or successful' my arse. Ive been through the bad times, am revelling in the good times but will always be City through thick and thin.
Full respect to you my friend.. you still have your old school values.. sadly you are in the minority and modern fans don’t have your loyalty.. they will pick whoever’s winning at the time.. like I say.. have a look at your fanbase in another 10 years time.. we can play spot the manc...

I think we now are in a totally different era where clickbait media is the thing rather than sports journalism.
These hacks just churn out low grade rag and Liverpool dross on free platforms purely for hits .
This generates a false impression of those club’s relevance imo .

I think what is changing very rapidly is the prominence of City globally, in particular the far east, I travel there a lot and you can’t move for City shirts now, 10 years ago I saw none …!

As far as the media are concerned, the status quo remains and they are recognised as the biggest clubs in the world .. If the rags current downward trajectory remains the same, even the media will acknowledge that their flush is well and truly busted…!!

Liverpool certainly didn't have your loyalty did they ?? why are you in fact 'Ex Liverpool' ?

That’s the kind of nonsense logic too many of our fans have. As long as the premier league is competitive then the money will continue to pour in. Man United becoming the best again wouldn’t make a single jot of difference. For every United or Liverpool fan there are 10 neutrals. City knocking a United off their perch? Box office. Liverpool returning to glory? Box Office. Man United failing. Box office. Arsenal challenging City. Box office.

There’s always a story. That’s why is has grown like it has and there are no signs whatsoever of that stopping.
Have to disagree.. Crystal Palace knocking United or Liverpool off there perch by winning a League would be a massive turn off unless you are a Palace supporter.. like I say people want to be associated with winning brands.. if you were selling tv rights to Bangkok or Malaysia how would you get the premium price for it if West Ham were top dogs when three quarters of your population would probably support either United or Liverpool, they wouldn’t pay to watch West Ham dominate no way.

The uk media have their red shirted darlings - I would have thought that was obvious. The FOC’s on here know it’s been like this since the television age began, just see the coverage (lack) of City playing and winning the ECWC.

If you ingest City/red shirt information in the prism of the uk media, then it’s hopefully blindingly obvious where their sympathies and bias lie. The daily Mail football section for example have 10 clubs crests (including euro clubs) with links on that take you to that clubs news. City’s link takes you to the United newsreel…

If you opened your eyes , you’d see the streets are populated by kids in City shirts, especially with Haaland on the back. The same is true for youth football teams. The same is true round the world - with the exception of Africa (Chelsea & Arsenal stronghold).
The only places that City aren’t THE club to notice, are in heartlands of red shirted fans and the UK media.
