The interesting part has been all the talk of the rags budget this summer, I’ve never ever known as many puff pieces to make them look compliant (and the good guys) it’s almost like they knew a fine was coming ?!? The narrative has been set for the last month, as for that £100M transfer kitty, it’s going up by £10M every week
