Difficult to see how they can’t be prosecuted under the Food Safety and Hygiene (England) Regulations 2013 for that. Medium culpability/high risk of harm means a huge fine. Given the club’s turnover, a quarter of a million quid would seem about right, less credit for a guilty plea (assuming they so plead).Ha ha ha ha ha Louis Edwards woud be so proud

Not sure why they think the inspection would have been carried out by the Food Standards Agency.
