I never saw him play for City. But I did catch him at Stockport County one Friday night v Darlington FC with a darlo mate
Asa never moved from the semi circle all game...
spraying 5,10,15 yard passes to less able team mates.
At the age of 39 yrs old (iirc) Asa had finally slowed down....on the pitch.
