Relax, sharing is NOT on the cards. You only have to look around our stadium to see tha chaos of the extension at present.

It comes to the point, for quite some time too, its fair to say City have noticeably better pull on players than United.

We winning things, fan base power is jumping, best facilities, reputation for best coach and staff and so on. United pays huge amounts on Eredivisie players (Antony, Malacia), few very good players but undoubtedly post their prime (Varane, Casemiro, Eriksen, Ronaldo), few that looked even quite desperate (Evans, Weghorst, Amrabat, Mount), loosing competition for best players quite often.

Currently nobody believe United can attract best of generation level players like Haaland, Bellingham or best in PL like Grealish, Rice or best world class on their position prospects like Gvardiol, McAllister, Nunes, Enzo.

Meanwhile City looks to be set in a bracket with few best and most famous teams behind maybe only Real. Barca has its strong, historical pull (with important factor of place of living), but it feels its declining a bit due to economical reasons (players would have second thoughts, asks for guarantees etc).

If they wanted Nunes I’m sure we could work something out.

If this situation ever happens it could be one of the worst moves our club could ever do. No matter what money they are offered the answer has to be a NO NO NO
You can guarantee their fans would show NO respect to our stadium.
Probably have to spend thousands on cleaning graffiti and repairing damaged toilets after every time they play there.
Not to mention the few pubs we have near the ground with City memorabilia on the walls etc, what do they do, take it all down every other week or leave it on the walls to be vandalised.
If anyone from the City management are reading this, please don't EVER consider this.
and don't forget the extra wear on the pitch that would hamper our style of football.

I think it's a premeditated move to ask the government for funds, they know they won't get them but they'll have their scapegoat when they say that because the government backed out they can now only spend so much on the ground, which is what they always intended doing in the first place.
I must have missed why they think there's even a remote chance they would hope to get government funding, that said I'd put nothing past the self serving grifters that are the tory party, no doubt Sir Rat has his snout in the same trough so nothing would surprise me really
. Cu*ts the lot of them
