Last thought from me for the day, what's the rules on nation states directly funding EPL clubs expenditure and ambition again? Seem to recall this being frowned upon by the majority in the league and media as creating an unfair playing field despite its well meaning intentions and projected social benefits to the area but oddly no reference to this in the interview and subsequent articles. Must not have the right colour specs on.
 
I wouldn't be surprised to see them allowed to use Wembley as their home ground for a couple of seasons. It would have a good effect on the fans carbon footprint aswell.
 
He's looking towards getting a government/council to stump up towards the ground on the basis it will be the Wembley of the North and regenerate South Manchester.

It's not even in fucking South Manchester. Bet the fucker gers away with it. He's even claiming they could have England games and FA cup finals there.
Yep. Nowhere near south Manchester.
