The staff use to get free tickets travel and hospitality at a hotel now they have to pay £20 for tickets The man is a billionaire he doesn’t have a clue how to treat people he’s told the IT department that it was a disgrace it wasnt even the right department Stopping WFH yet they don’t have enough office space to accommodate everyone one Hes demanding a culture change but not facilitating it should be working with the staff not antagonising them He’s has a history of not be true to his word as well
I do wonder what is behind this sudden rush into the public eye with his purchase of Sky Racing and football clubs plus the development of his Defender rip off Why spend all that money to purchase 27% of >£1B of debt?

When he announced the Wales factory he said this is what Ineos is all about supporting British workers 9 months later he renegades on the deal
Saying it’s wonderful for Ineos to be able to secure the facility, ex Smart factory, and the skills of the workforce
