They can’t help themselves with setting these players up to fail. The media tried it with Nunez last season now they are at it again trying to compare the raggy new hope to a generational striker like Haaland who went on a goal scoring spree not seen in over a 100 years in English football and who also went on to win a treble.

And some of their supporters have the nerve to whine and spout hypocritical nonsense about our “state backed” spending.

Oh well Ten Haag seems to be using the cheque book to improve the team. It’s always been the Utd way.

Let’s see if £200M (plus his previous spending) gets more than a Carling Cup.
 
Hojlund is better than Haaland, of that there is no doubt. United are gonna be right up there this season, got the best player in the world in several positions now.

Biggest club in the worlddddddddddddddd. Rinse and repeat.
