Seriously mate, is this the best you can come up with? How do you know she was presenting as drunk at the time she had sex with them both? How do you know they weren’t drunk too? You do realise that casual sex - sometimes drunken, sometimes not - happens all over the place all of the time don’t you?

Just because she said she doesn’t remember doesn’t mean she was necessarily presenting as drunk. People can often have alcohol blackouts, yet still present as sober and behave rationally throughout. It’s happened to me more than enough times down the years.
