I see some idiot Utd fans are calling for retaliation after the Turkish fans tore down one of their daft banners at the swamp. Good luck with the idea of trying to do that at Galatasary. I seem to remember that it didn’t end well for the ‘we do what we want’ rabble the last time they tried to take the piss with the locals and police in Istanbul.

The rags season is almost as good as over and we're not out of October yet. Unless there's a huge upturn in form and results and a big drop off from other sides, the title is out of reach and they're out of the champions league. They might retain the caribou cup of course if Newcastle freeze again.
 
I think they'll do absolutely nothing this season in terms of achievements. They'll only scrape a top four if the teams around them drop off a cliff. ETH seems to have no handle on anything and won't admit fault ever. I can't see him making it out of the season to be honest. Such a badly ran club from top to bottom.

Liverpool, Spurs, Arsenal, Newcastle and Brighton will accumulate more points than them this season. No doubt if they get past Newcastle in the League cup the powers that be will continue giving them great home draws ie the winners of Mansfield and Port Vale. So I can see them geting the that final again.

Yeh it’s a possibility. Their run of home draws is ridiculous! As it is atm though I think Newcastle will beat them. Old Trafford doesn’t seem to cut much of an imposing away day anymore!

Remember a few years back when we played Poznan and the ticket office suddenly realised all the Ski and Ska ending names might not be city fans and they put them all in the top tier off the East stand! How do we think that game against Celtic would have played out if it hadn't of been a dead rubber, the stewarding that night would have been beyond inadequate in fact probably criminal

It’s not beyond the capabilities to only allow genuine rags tickets for these games a simple postcode check would suffice and any post code within the sound of Bow Bells would be appropriate.

Top five this season might save them, but I am convinced there are 5 better teams in the league but that fifth place with Brighton, Newcastle and Villa vying for places could be a target if they have a run.

Remember this weasel was on a live TV link a couple of years back. Seemed to be on a laptop in a spare bedroom. Rather ruined his cred when midway through the interview the door opened and presumably his mum was behind it.
