Thats quite an interesting thread tbh, some rational thoughts and a fair few recognising that we haven't spent billions more than them, just that we've spent well and they haven't.

Still plenty of dickheads referring to "state owned" and "cheating club" though
Yes. Also quite a few acknowledging their incompetent leqdership setting the tone for having poor people in all the wrong positions, meaning that things will.never get better as long as that setup remains.

They just can’t shift him. And I suppose you can't blame him. Engaging devil's advocate mode here; if a player has a legally binding contract for, say, 100k a week (5.2m a year), with two years left on the deal, and the club wants to sell him; why should he settle for half that figure? It's not his choice to go, after all.

Now, I understand that in a lot of these cases, a compromise is usually reached between the player and his employer. But it seems Harold is, like the lady, not for turning.

That's half his problem, he turns slower than Dunney did.

Hahahaha £1billion wasted so it’s the Glazers who are signing the players then,to be fair the £2 bill taken out they were lucky as that would have been £3 billion wasted instead, what a bunch of cocks these lot are ..
That's literally the argument. They're not happy to have spent more than everyone else, they expect to have spent twice as much as everyone else.

The issue with the Glazers is their exceptional mismanagement and awful recruitment, not their lack of spending or loading debt onto the club. Long may it continue.

I dont get this. They are going to stay for an hour after the game finishes, the cameras have gone home, nothing is being shown on tv.

Wouldnt walking out be a bigger show.
It will be their only chance to get some sort of legroom in those bloody awful seats.
