Couple of rags in work saying he's ready to walk and that he's going back to Ajax

Van Gaal is back at Ajax in a consultant capacity. He`s a fan of ETH whilst at the same time holds a bit of a grudge for the Rags. Ajax currently sit in 15th position (with 2 games in hand) in the Eredivisie, and not in the Champs League this season. They`ve only taken 2 draws from their Europa experience and sit 3rd in their group. So as you can see they`re mirroring the Rags in the respect of current results and the lack of harmony at the club. And all this since ETH left the club.

Well, they are most detested team in Holland.

On 'The Chase,' whenever the Beast gets a question he knows the answer to, he smacks his lips and rubs his hands together: he leers at the contestant like a hungry fox would to a plump chicken.

And this is precisely how I feel when I read about the chaos at that rat-infested shithole they call a football club.

So basically if he fucks off to manage in Tasmania both clubs should see an upturn in results

I wonder if TH management style is more suited to a team you've already managed and won things with as opposed to trying to create something new. That tough no nonsense approach in management might work if you have already established an aurora built from success but before that it often doesn't work. As soon as it doesn't work the team will start to look to fault someone other than themselves which means the tough approach makes you look weak, because it makes them feel like you're blaming them for your own faults. The team starts to imagine how it would be with a different manager. The team essentially is stronger than the manager at this stage. It's hard to build anything from this point unless you have a team that accepts it is mid table. As the media, pundits and fans will never accept this the cycle will thus continue.
They need a Brian Clough Leeds talk?

Just the package then ?
