You don't just need 'names' and 'talent' for players. You need a coach that's good and versatile tactically. And you ALSO need those 'names' and talented players to work hard and put in a shift. You don't see Foden, Salah, B. Silva, Son, etc strolling about like they're on the beach like the likes of Fernandes, Antony, Rashford and Martial do. Doesn't matter how talented you are if you won't put in a shift regularly. And if some of your players are not putting a shift regularly, do you just let them get away with it? Would Pep or Arteta or Ancelotti allow passengers to have guaranteed starting spots?

And coaches gotta up their game, ETH doesn't get to just win because they are Manchester United, he'll still have to outcoach the likes of Frank and Emery.
