Notice how since 1999 the MSM refer to a hat trick as a treble more often.

These bastards ruin everything. No matter though, we had the better one.
Win that world club thingy and we've got a nap hand in a Calender year - shame about the Community Shield we could have asked our friends from Owdum/the Potteries how many we had then ;)

I think it’s like being relegated.

When we got relegated my first thought was, “it’s going to take five years for us to get back”

It was a sickening feeling.

Now, if we look at where they are and where they want to get to. Five years might be a conservative estimate

They’ve looking at relegation to mid table this season.
And I can’t see them getting promotion to the top six next season either.
A brutal and true assessment. They have been relegated from relevance.
For attention seekers like that lot it is a fate worse than actually being relegated. No wonder they are breaking into their ground and being generally all round obnoxious.
Mr Mansour did that to them.

Chelsea Jim in cahoots with Newcastle's Saudi owners about forming a breakaway Cycling competition.

He definitely won't be interested in resurrecting the Super League when he gets his share in the rags now will he!

If your talking tv which fixture would pull in most viewing figures around the world.. my guess it would involve Liverpool or United.. that’s should tell you all you need to know about interest in a club.
Viewing figures are just one part of the story Tom, Liverpool have 43.6m followers on instagram-City have 49.2m. So judging by your logic far far more people are interested in MCFC than they are Liverpool.

Another deluded prick who is living in the past.
All you have is history. And let's be honest, a lot of your shameful history no club
would ever want to have. City has today and the future.
Keep living life looking through the rearview mirror...

Leave Littlewoods FC alone please ;)

Much of Liverpool's popularity is down to people who have never been within 100 miles of the place but who have been taken in by decades of relentless positive propaganda. A bit like the people who believed the USSR was a paradise because of Communist propaganda, but more so as there is no Establishment kick-back against LFC. The BBC has been making them out to be saints since the days of black-and-white TV.

Sorted.

Double standards from the FA - no further action for Gnacho`s Rag Gorilla emojiis

Nothing to see here

Why do I think they`ve made this announcement whilst everybody`s too fussed talking about VAR. The following webpage released 9 mins ago has already been buried on the BBC website

I'll bookmark that next time someone tries to tell me there's no agenda or that the entitled red shirts aren't treated more favorably than anyone else.

Lets be honest, Garnacho was not being racist....and we know Bernardo was not being racist either.

Do we just keep going round and round saying, "yeah but, yeah but what about when..."

There needs to be some rational thinking and decision making here.....i totally get that Bernardo got done, totally unfairly, but hopefully this is the start of a more pragmatic approach to this sort of thing.

I know, i know....i wont hold my breath either

Sorry so why do you think one player got done and one player didn’t? I’d like to understand your rational thinking

I dont know....i find it hard to believe that there was a conscious decision to punish Bernardo "because" he is a City player....and a conscious decision not to punish Garnacho because he is a utd player.

I think that in Bernados case they looked at it and wrongly decided he was guilty of being racist. I then think in Garnachos case they looked at it and decided, correctly, that he didnt intend to be racist.

Its probably as straight forward as that...im not defending that raggy twat...i just dont think that the wrong decision about Bernardo, means there should be a wrong decision for the weird faced one.

People wanted him punished simply because Bernardo was....both were stupid in what they tweeted, but neither of them were being racist

The whole point here is one of justice and equality. You can't punish one but not the other, for virtually the same thing. I agree that neither should have been punished, but by acting in this way, the FA is discriminating against one player/club.

If anything, Garnacho should receive a more severe punishment because he has not learned from previous incidents, or his club is not educating their players properly. Plus he has a much larger social media following than Bernardo.

If I was Bernardo, I would be on the phone for a refund, an apology and a pardon.

I complained to Kick it Out at the time of the Bernardo incident, that comments from them were more harsh when compared to their comments in relation to Deli Alli and Edinson Cavani. They said this in reply: "In our view, the Bernardo Silva case involved an unambiguously racist stereotype caricature published on social media."

I'm about to ask them if they consider Garnacho's case bears any resemblance, and why they haven't made similar comments of condemnation following this event.

Where’s Andy (Diversity) Hinchcliffe. He was appalled by the Bernardo tweet and wouldn’t shut up about it…. Where is he now? Surely he’s appalled?
