I keep hearing United fans and the media saying that they need time and people should be patient and they should be prepared to be a proper mid table team as they rebuild, however it's the collective ego of United that lets them down every time, they still think they are a good attractive football club with their history so if they get a manager who starts to rebuild and results start to go south the pitchforks will be out again and the merry-go-round will continue, it's absolutely fantastic and fascinating to watch, a leviathan of a club slowly destroying itself from the inside out

After ten years of failure they don't have any time left. Plenty of huge clubs across the world have faded into irrelevance and United are close to a tipping point at the moment. Happy days.
