More proof that the financial rules are working in favour of certain clubs

Over on the Caf they are bleating about clubs like Chelsea, Everton, Villa and Forest doing deals with each other for academy players as a loophole to get around PSR. It's almost like any business that has rules put in place that could restrict them looks for a way to get around them. Who would have thought of that.

Personally I think it's fantastic that clubs are finally seeing how these rules brought in to stop a few specific clubs are now impacting everyone else.

Apart from the embarrassment of being rejected by all the managers, the rags now want Ten Bob to sign a new contract. If he had any morals* he would walk away. If he cited constructive dismissal he would still get paid off.

Apart from their actual league position that flatters them, they are much closer to mid 90s city in terms of being a shambles than they realise. The subtle shift from choosing a manager to just hoping someone will take the job on is very reminiscent of the coppel, ball, Clark era at city.
