I saw in the BBC’s Gossip Column this morning that Antony could go out on loan, provided the club he signs for is willing to pay his £70k/week salary.

Now, call me cynical, but I would have thought that a player?, who commands a transfer fee of £80 million, would have wages higher than £70 grand a week.
He's the highest paid member of the squad. He gets a quid every time he looks like a Muppet

They're not looked at by the PL or UEFA (only by HMRC) because for the PL and UEFA it's the size of their debt which makes them the biggest club in the world.

Just a pity that the cunts attract enough income to " service their debt " - a total obliteration would be so fucking good to witness.
Nobody even knows just how big their debt actually is.

Apparently the main reason the Qataris pulled out was because the club's accounts were so opaque and the analysts and accountants they engaged to study united's books couldn't establish just how big their debt is along with other aspects of the club's finances being equally murky and unclear.

Yet according to the PL everything's just fine with united's finances with regards to FFP compliance, barring some minor, trivial breach that was nothing more than an oversight requiring the lightest of slaps on the wrist.

If the Qataris pulled out because the rags were not 'forthcoming' with their accounts, then there truly is something dark and sinister happening at the swamp that should be looked into. These people are no fools (obviously), and if they were ready to put in an offer but backed out because of the smoke and mirrors that seems to surround the rags' finances, then an independent body should be set up with the authority to scrutinise every single detail of their accounts. If they have nothing to hide why not come clean?
And you have to ask why the Premier League has allowed this to happen under their watch. How, despite being saddled with a debt that would cripple the economy of a medium-sized country, they are spending obscene amounts of money every single time the transfer window opens. Common sense tells you something is wrong.
25%Jim is a tax-dodger with a seat on the board, and the Glazers conduct their financial affairs via the Cayman Islands - British but apparently self-governed.

Everything about that vile club is shrouded in Mafioso-type mystery. I am half expecting it to emerge that John Gotti has shares in the rags.

That Yoro kid is one strange looking fcuker lmao
