Been on the tram into Blackpool today....the last couple of weeks there, Cleveleys and glorious Fleetwood-by-the-Sea has had a rag on every street corner.....Paul Daniels time today, vanished ......that's magic!!
 
They are getting 100M this summer, and "sales are not required" and that's on top of Cunha and Delap. Will be interesting if the worst non-promoted team in the league (Come on Villa!) end up having the highest spend in the summer transfer window.

Which players will they overpay for this time? Also how is this sustainable or how can they afford it?

Actually when you take into consideration the contract lengths and salaries they are on, they are going to have a very hard job shifting them. Who would want Onana , certainly no top club or even a club in the PL and then your looking abroad and clubs there won't want to pay his wages.

Does that top the list for worst defeat you can remember?

Considering the clubs situation before the game, the opposition and the consequences a loss brings to to the club, then I’d say yes it’s up there amongst the heaviest defeats we’ve had. We’ve suffered losses in numerous finals over the years. Twice to the same club in CL but we can all agree...

Rumour mill now firing that a Saudi club will pay £115m for Fernandes.

I think for them that's not worth it as without him they'd be much more likely to get relegated. Absolutely dragged them through games on his own.

Thing is and I like to think I've some idea on football, a good half of their team I'd never heard of until they joined and apart from names I've still no idea who the fuck they are, playing style or even where they got them from.... absolute shite, £100m won't scratch the surface.

Fucking brilliant.
