Just a thought about PL broadcasting income for them next year.
With so many PL teams in Europe next season, and the effect that has on when you play at the weekend… are they very likely to have many more 3pm Saturday kickoffs , so miss out on UK PL live match broadcast income?
Over the past 35 years they’ve had the lions share of televised matches, in comparison to any other club, resulting in ‘little’ clubs constantly getting 3pm Saturday kickoffs and the reduction in broadcast income that makes… so not being Europe … less UK tv money!
I’m sure Sty and TNT will both find plenty of slots to shoehorn the scummy twats into.

It's worse than the Liverpool Echo. "Why united being shit is a huge opportunity".
I think this new way of saving money is a great idea for them.

Eventually they’ll realise they can save much, much more if they get rid of all the players, resign from football completely and just hand over that god-awful mess of a stadium to National Trust so they can make money out of tours and evenings with Ratboy and Wio to relive the glory years.

Go on Sir Jim, do it. Do it.

All those extra matches promised by Sky will be the rags on every week including their league cup ties. TNT will cover their FA cup ties at home to cannon fodder FC

You have to sympathise with the people losing their jobs as the rags announce there will be another 250 redundancies. But I have no sympathy with their fans or with the club itself. They are in dire straits and have brought this on themselves. The Glazers pulled off the leveraged buy out, sacked the board in favour of themselves and approved the debt being taken on by the club. Since then, they have paid a fortune in debt interest, about a billion £; a pile in fees and divis to themselves and neglected the stadium to the point of collapse.
They have never appointed anybody to run the football side who had any knowledge. Remember when Woodward said: “Our performance on the field has no effect on our financial health.” Really?
They finally appointed a Director of Football and brilliantly sacked him three months later. Meanwhile, Ineos people are making football decisions.
It will take 10 years to recover but Sir Jim says they will win the UCL in three! Jim lad, you couldn’t win a tiddlywinks comp in three years.
Sorry lads, you are fucked.

The whole shit stain of a place is collapsing because of the hierarchy's absolute arrogance. They thought they were safe and now their sheer arrogance has caught up with them.

You can just picture it next season. The guy on the turnstiles having to rush over to the bar to serve some people, then over to the programme stall when the queue there builds up.
Giggs was the multitasking example for this. He’d give his wife one, then run over to his brother’s house and give her one before going back home to look for his birth certificate!!

Scruffy Jim’s prototype!

“Defeat in Bilbao means United will be without European football next season for only the second time since 1990, leaving a £100m hole in the club's finances.”

Is it OK in today’s woke world to laugh at someone’s suffering ?
