Southgate as England manager took over a pretty toxic environment where the big name players were calling the shots. He did a fairly decent job of changing that around, although the age of some of those players helped.

But I think that job suited him. As a club manager you have to work with what you've got and if you earn the luxury of time you can start to shape the squad. He can't just drop the big time Charlie's like he did with England.
It also helped having to play the likes of Andorra and San Marino

£62M for cunha plus add ons, they are gonna either fuck themselves PSR wise or this and maybe 2 more is about all they are gonna be able to afford.

That is not gonna get them in the mix again

More players on tick.

Just stick another £1.75 million a month on to sign Cunha. Who they actually don't really need.

They are going to do a Leeds

How can they still be spending like this despite finishing 15th and winning fuck all, laying off their staff and remaining hundreds of millions in debt?

Yet everytime we buy any player it’s scrutinised and loads of bellends go on about charges and cheating?

It doesn’t make any sense.

Financial control should be all about avoiding debt.
