BBC are in full Man Utd mode today, they had 3 different HYS stories about Mbeumo.

The comments are full of people calling them out over the coverage (rightly so IMO)

Close to nothing on the club world cup but sent stone to Malaysia and covering every transfer rumour for them. Their sports team is a relic.

Bollocks!! They do this every year, your forgetting their unique ability to turn a half decent player into a fucking carthorse, they signed loads last year that was supposed to be an upgrade and look how that went
both of these have played well in the prem recently....
Zirkzee, Yorro, De lit and Mazouri -none had prem experience
Mount was always a sicknote

These two signing (if the second one does happen - thought he was going to spurs last time I heard) do add physicality which the definitely lack at present.

Yet the Rags cab be £1bill in dent and Masters and the PL turn a blind eye to it.

French club Lyon have been demoted to Ligue 2 because of the poor state of their finances.

The club were provisionally demoted by the DNGC, the body which oversees the accounts of French professional football clubs, in November.

Lyon officials including owner John Textor, met with the DNGC on Tuesday but failed to convince the body that the club had sufficiently improved their financial situation to lift the punishment.

Last October, his Eagle Football Group announced debts of £422m.

They deleted my post saying the media team is known to be full of United fans.
Apparently, the truth is against the code of conduct.

They've currently bought one forward, but who's going to supply him with the passes? They're getting rid of their two best wingers, so it's probably going to be down to Rat-face, and he only turns up once every 3 or 4 matches.

Lump it over the top from deep for Cunha to chase after? Yeah, good luck with that.

The undercover one is Shamoon Hafeez (s). Changed his twitter profile sometime ago from being a staunch rag to following football .

He's not average, he is decent at playing through the lines, has excellent close control and make good decisions on the ball. He is limited by his lack of pace, especially in central midfield. Would work better as a number 10, but Cunha, MBuemo, Penandes are ahead of him in that area. Heard he is asking for 200k per week.

Best to sell him on for a profit. Would be better for his development at another club.
Mainoo wouldn't get into our youth team mate. How he's become so overrated beggars belief

Signing Cunha and Mbeuno but then moving Argentinian Lurch and potentially Danish Luke Chadwick. Where do they get any depth to their squad doing this?

The whole situation at the rags strikes me as the Glazers getting out while they can. As if they've milked every last penny and now want to bail out with their filthy lucre entombed in their wallets.

Something has to be going on that we know nothing of: no business can survive being run so ineptly, so brain-numbingly inefficient, and stay afloat. The leeway the FA appear to be giving them over their financial position smacks of something disingenuous taking place...but it doesn't appear to have assisted them.
Look at any other low-to-mid-table Prem club and how would they fare with the help being given to the rags from various sources. Clubs like West Brom, Brighton, Fulham, they would all make a damn good fist of not only surviving but prospering. And yet the rags, despite the monumental debt, escaped relegation by the skin of their vile, yellow teeth, and are still allowed to 'Viv Nicholson' their way through unscathed.

The Glazers are anything but stupid: they are cold-blooded business men, ruthless, almost certainly corrupt, and you'd count your fingers after shaking hands with them, but no way are they stupid. The arrival of Mr 27% has caused more ripples at the swamp that we know of, and the boardroom turbulence at the swamp is only just beginning.

And meanwhile, across the seas to the Emerald Isle, a couple of racehorse owners are sniggering gleefully into their pints of Guinness.

Isn't this the bloke who is buying Palace?
