Always look at their cashflow statement when they release quarterly results. In the 3 months to December they had negative cashflow from operations of just over £55m. That's before any transfer or financing activities. Their net cash outflow over the 3 months was nearly £115m after those payments and receipts for outgoing transfers.

They balanced that with £80m proceeds from the sale of shares, presumably from Scruffy Jim buying yet more shares. So basically he's propping them up while they're haemorrhaging cash.

Their £300m overdraft is being heavily used as well, with them using £215m of it up to December. If they carry on being cash negative to the same extent, they'll be using a lot more this current quarter. Can't wait for their Q3 accounts.

No European football next season is really going to hurt them badly, if they aren't already heading for the rocks this season. Ocean Finance will be licking their lips.
Ironic isn't it.

I don't buy, even for a second that the PL instructs ref's help United or Liverpool.

However, like in any job, you can be influenced by wanting to please your boss.
So if you hear your boss making statements about needing certain clubs to be successful in the league, then human nature can come into play.
Just as negative press can create a negative human bias towards cheating Arab bastar.., sorry certain clubs who don't have American owners.

Another way to influence (and was reported by ex referee's), is to give them lower class and less well paying matches, after perceived decisions not favouring certain clubs. Although i don't think that is an issue currently.
There's another far more simple explanation. How old is the average referee? 43 years old. I'm 40 years old, and I'd say 95% of kids in my school supported the rags. But somehow we're supposed to believe that in the entire list of 27 Premier League referees, there's not a single Utd fan. No, instead they all claim to support Lower Chippington Athletic.

Christ, that picture of her. More filters than a duty-free carton of Benson & Hedges.
Couldn’t pick her out of a line-up, given the number of young women who do this to themselves.

The latest thing in the States is “AI Face”

Must say it’s improved Lindsay Lohan & Christina Aguilera, but they make a good living from their looks, and other talents, so…

Not only that, but for 2 decades Fergie literally expected to be given the benefit of the doubt, esp at Old Trafford!

Everyone wants to be loved…!!!

What are you talking about? I don't see anything strange.

If they have that much influence, I just wonder why they let City win 4 in a row?
Perhaps you can explain why united and liverpool met with masters ?
If they weren't seeking favourable decisions there would be no need to hold a secret meeting.
My belief is that the 130 charges were demanded by them and Masters agreed. He had to or he would not have got the gig.
