If Van Schtick had an ounce of intelligence and dignity he’d hand his cards in tomorrow morning.

He’s absolutely wank.
If he's got any intelligence he'll hang on for the 10 mill payout they'll owe him.
Dignity ? If he had that he wouldn't have gone there in the first place.

He's taken on the guise of the vulture circling.
He's only been brought in for one reason only and one reason only and that is to take over when egghead gets flirted off.
That way the rags don't have to spend time searching for another manager and won't have to spend anything on anyone new.
....oh yes they will ; give it till Easter

If you have a phone a laptop a tablet etc, snapdragon are very likely to have high tech parts inside it. They're a huge company.

On a side note, fuck united.
@shemnel fair enough but how does being sponsored by anybody, not just the rags, improve their sales ?
Etihad was relatively unknown in a commercial world where you need to be known. Snapdragon will still be used in phones etc despite the sponsorship so surely it's wasted money ?

Scruffy Jim has a problem.
If they sack ten Bob it will, having extended his contract cost them a hell of a lot and make him and Ineos look stupid.
If they sack him, any new manager will want money for the January transfer window and a firm promise of money next August. (January is never a good time to buy and as they can't sell, do they have the money ?)
Plus, which top manager would sign without those promises ? Which top manager would take on the poisoned chalice ?
They could go with the cheap option of Van Nistelroy whose unproven, further it would show they are skint and that no top manager wants the job.
Which ever option is taken the manager still has the problem of the team. It simply isn't good enough, it is just a mis-mash of average but costly signings. Which brings us back nicely to Scruffy Jim and Ineos. They oversaw the 3 summer signings and to put it mildly, they overpaid for average players. Scruffy and his team failed badly, very badly.
It's great isn't it.
