It's great isn't it? And long may it continueBut nobody gets to hear anything like this because of the 'protection' they are afforded by the British media. If more and more people were told the truth behind the handling of the club's affairs the better it would be for them in the long run.
It's the same with reclusives and people of that disposition: they stay behind closed doors because for some reason they fear the outside world. They fear some kind of catastrophe will happen if they venture outside, but the more they stay inside the deeper their fears become.
If the media would put an end to their biased reporting, the club and its followers would be able to have a good hard look at themselves and see what the issue. But all the while we have Sly, the BBC, and the tabloids telling everyone all is well in the fairy-dairy land of Ragsville they will not be able to accept that something is seriously wrong.
see i was having this discussion with another red who was spouting the same thing, its not his fault, its tent pegs players etc etc and while there is some truth in that, there also has to be a thought process that he knew the players he was getting before he rocked up and its incumbent on him to work with what he has while he is sorting his team and if that means adapting his system then so be it.
that was my point and if those players cannot adapt to his system and i think they obviously cant then he needs to adapt his system until he gets the players he feels he needs, rather than saying he will not change.Although they aren’t Amorim’s players he needs to have it in his locker to get a tune out of them and start moulding them into how he wants them to play. Remember when Mancini came in at similar point of the season with a squad of players that weren’t pulling their weight? There was an immediate uptick in performances, even Wolves’ new boss got a positive response from the players which might even see them above the rags at this rate.
I thought all utd players paid for the privilege of playing for not only their boyhood club but also, and this cannot be stressed enough, "The World's Greatest Club"™. Haven't they had something like 100,000 players come through their academy to play for the first team? The club not having a relegation clause re players wages is even more crazy when you know that any clause wouldn't have bothered them, as they are playing for the shirt and for their boyhood club!
To be fair, the rags did steal Amorin from under City's noses. The media were touting this appointment as some type of master stroke and that they had stolen Amorim from under City’s noses. Then he got to work and there has been no upturn in performances and players willing to put in a shift for their new boss. It’s too early to say if he will be a failure or success as he has an unenviable task of getting rid of Ten Hag’s and Solksjaer’s failures in the transfer market. He needs time to sort it which with the rags being so impatient he will not get.
I'm not convinced he's left. I know Mr27% has stopped his million-pound-ambassador role, but there is still that lingering suspicion that somewhere along the way he still holds sway at the shit pit.signed since the gpc left
I created it and posted it to FB, later I posted it here. The first to publish isn't necessarily the originator that's not how copyright works! I can share the Affinity Designer file if you wish ;)The page before you posted this wants to sue for copyright issues......
And the yearning for the Gill/GPC era.Any rag who thought Jim Ratcliffe getting involved would lead to glory only had to look at the complete shit show the Team Sky cycling team turned into the second he bought them.
How long til the Ed Woodward revisionism and nostalgia kicks in?
Many people on this forum predicted Amorim would struggle because their players are too technically poor to play possession football. But the press described Hojland as a rival to Haaland and compared Zirkzee with Ronaldo. Happy days. The media were touting this appointment as some type of master stroke and that they had stolen Amorim from under City’s noses. You tell him. These pseudo yanks are nothing more than bully boys. They steal someone else's idea, put it out as their own then threaten legal action.I created it and posted it to FB, later I posted it here. I suppose that could work but I suspect they'd all just sit out their contracts which would be hilariousI think the plan is to get relegated in the hope the players on big money won't want to play in the championship and fuck off

Maybe that's why they've turned to absolute dogshit since ten hag left?I'm not convinced he's left. I know Mr27% has stopped his million-pound-ambassador role, but there is still that lingering suspicion that somewhere along the way he still holds sway at the shit pit.
