Perspex - made in Darwen, Blackburn and floated down the Ribble to the Irish Sea then along the Ship Canal to the Circus Tent.
Ok so now I call b0llox - everyone knows you can sail down the Leeds & Liverpool Canal (starting somewhere up in six fingers territory) and turn down the Bridgwater Canal in Leigh towards the swamp...

Not a fucking chance that stadium will ever be built. Just bollocks from the rags to try stay relevant as they keep sinking down the league

Agreed. Add it to this list...

Just watched that Omar Berrada interview.

He said that they have 170,000 people on the waiting list for season tickets. This is just the waiting list, not including the current season ticket holders. Madness, looking at the last decade.

It's very telling that they are focusing on that group of people who are supposedly waiting in the wings, because that is a market that isn't being exploited yet, because they can't get in.

I wouldn't be surprised if they came up with some sort of limited games type of season ticket, where you get 10 games max.

I can deffo see this coming down the line, because regular match goers don't spend any money, because they all know how much of a rip off it is. So you just replace them every 10 games or so with idiots who stock up on merchandise from the club shop.

If the Raggy’s have infiltrated the top levels of Government in this country we have no bloody chance. They already have that complete and utter tosser Lord Coe rooting for them.
According to them we're the ones who have politicians over a barrel by Abu Dhabi threatening to pull trade deals with the UK if we get punished on 115.
Yeah right.

They can say what they want publicly, I don't believe that's their waiting list for a second.

Probably sent out some kind of survey saying "would you be interested in a season ticket at united?". People might say 'yes', but have zero intention of shelling out for one if the opportunity came up.

I’m very dubious that this will happen, but if it does, I hope the government loan them the money at 50% APR.

Considering they have a "billion" fans then I suggest they each put a couple of quid in.

Yep this is spot on

If this rag wacky warehouse does get built, what will it look like after a few years of being pummelled by the rain wind and snow. Foster designed Wembley and it looks tired, dirty and grubby after 18 years. The rags never looked after their current stadium with extensions and building they have done in the last 25 years crumbling and paint peeling. What will change to make them able to keep the new swamp looking how it should be? Another 30 years time scruffy James Junior will have his begging bowl out for another rebuild.

See United are relying on our "Nation State Owners" industries to build the modules that will enable them to build the Pink Elephant in 5 Years.

Immense amount of work for people of Manchester. But modules mean we can build stadium much more quickly. There are yards in world that will build structures which are then shipped. Abu Dhabi, Indonesia, Thailand. Five-year project rather than ten."
