The 17 thousand new homes will just enable. More to get second house and Inflate the rental market
Seems like he's still a bit sore about being turned down!
There's quite a lot of people in Moston, who would like to speak to MP Graham Stringer regarding his parliamentary support for the FC United ground being built.
He is also a right wing, Israeli supporting, climate change denier.
My mate send me a video this morning but the link is via TikTwats which I'm not on so I can't view the video...
He's said that the video has been posted by the Official Premier League page, They've posted the new Ruben Amorim song...
Seriously???? What The Fuck...
Wow. Just fuckin' wow.Obviously, nobody on here is going to support a new stadium for a local rival.
Although, posting the inner ramblings of climate change denier & Israeli genocide supporting, Graham Stringer is scraping the bottom of a very deep barrel.
This 75 year old, contrarian, has his own agenda. And it is that of someone who is permanently anti-change. This is the same shit I have seen on twitter recently from other old gits like the 1958 group and M.U.S.T. complain. They don't want to lose their beloved Old Trafford. With it's 115 years of 'istory, despite the fact that all 4 sides of the ground have been completely changed up until as recently as 2006! "Did you know that peoples ashes have been scattered on that pitch?" Okay!
Wembley under an condom doesn't bother me. And you can bet that there will be many more gaffs, fuck ups, dodgy sponsors and dubious negotiations for people to wax lyrical about on these pages. This is just the start of it, because it probably won't be ready for another 8-10 years. And I'll probably be dead in 20, so I'm blissfully staying in my own lane and not losing any sleep over it. But it is also undeniable that the stadium is the catalyst for everything else that happens around it.
And my interest in this comes from the wider re-generation plans for 17,000 new homes. This will completely change the property market in Trafford, Salford & Central Manchester. As things stand, there are media professionals, from London, fighting over ex-council houses in Monton, Eccles, Walkden and Weaste. Worsley is currently a pipe dream for some. The prices that they are willing to pay, is inflating the market, and pushing out local people. The same has happened in Stretford and Urmston, where the demand exceeds what is available. So this influx of new homes will stabilise the market and give more people an opportunity to live in their own community.
In my lifetime, we haven't seen anything on this scale in the North, with backing from the chancellor. And it won't stop with this one development, because when you look at the size and scale of Trafford park, it is mostly low level warehousing, so this land will be cheap, and developers will start to expand into this area. It will be like a mini City bolted onto the side of Manchester. It will create work for lots of trades people. Property professionals like myself will be busy for decades, hopefully up until retirement. And then the younger folk can take over.
This provides opportunities for generations to come. People with no interest in football or football rivalries. There is a much bigger picture at play here. We have a population that is increasing, because people are living longer and new generations need somewhere to live, instead of waiting for all of us to pop our clogs. Your kids, and grandkids need homes in the future. Many of us live in houses that were built over a hundred years ago, and it's just not sustainable. Any plans to build new homes should be grabbed with both hands.

Ok.They currently own 100 acres of the land earmarked for re-development. Including 2 of the wharfside plots.
It's pretty much a deal breaker.

I think the poster mis spelled the last word.Just seen this online, looks like all clubs just treating fans like shit. At least when we booted fans out to make way for the tunnel club we told them before IIRC. But the sentiments below could equally apply to us.
An open letter to Manchester United
I am writing to express my profound disappointment and disgust at the club’s decision to relocate our family’s seats in order to accommodate additional hospitality seating. As a family, we have held seats in our block for over 50 years, and I personally have been attending matches since 1978. This decision demonstrates a total disregard for the loyalty and commitment of long-standing supporters like us, and it is clear that the club’s priorities lie solely in maximising revenue rather than valuing the fans who have been the lifeblood of this institution for generations.
The fact that this decision was made without any consultation with the affected supporters is nothing short of a disgrace. To simply drop this on loyal fans, many of whom have supported the club through thick and thin, is an insult to the very people who have helped make Manchester United the global institution it is today. This lack of communication and respect for the fanbase is emblematic of the broader mismanagement that has plagued the club from top to bottom in recent years.
While I understand that the decision has already been made, I refuse to stay silent and accept it without voicing my outrage. This move is yet another example of how the club is drifting further away from its roots and the values that once made it special. It is a sad reflection of the current state of affairs when financial gain is prioritised over the loyalty and passion of the supporters who have stood by the club for decades.
I urge the club to reconsider its approach and to start treating its loyal fans with the respect and dignity they deserve. Manchester United is nothing without its supporters, and decisions like this only serve to alienate the very people who have made this club great

mister musty.Wow. Just fuckin' wow.
I admit I only got halfway through your post but by then I was drowning in shit.
If you honestly believe the entire project is reliant on the rags building a new stadium you are deluded.
I am not a rag hunter. If you are a rag (or a bot) your post would make sense. In fact no, a United fan (note the difference) and a Labour party MP wrote a perfectly valid statement and yet you...... in fact no, bollocks, I am wasting my time.
You crack on with your rag bullshit.
One of the worst takes on economics I’ve read in a while. The 17 thousand new homes will just enable. More to get second house and Inflate the rental market

You’re a goon, if it’s about houses there’s nothing stopping them being built or there or anywhere else. The houses are just a cover for corporate welfare, announced in the same year as taking money from the disabled & pensioners.
Fucking SCUM!
