Juventus, Inter Milan and Napoli are all interested in signing Manchester United and Norway striker Rasmus Hojlund, 22, this summer. (Caughtoffside)

I see the Ministry of Truth aka Rag PR department are at it again. Desperate attempt to mug someone off with their latest “world class” folly.
Rochdale,Carlisle and Tranmere would be more realistic.
Which is it?

Norway striker Haarland or
Danish striker Hojland?

The former would be more realistic though the second more likely.

Even his own mam wouldn't buy him, he isn't just awful he's criminally bad.

Not having a go at you in particular Joe (there's a few on here who are guilty of the same offence). But that really winds me up, way more than it logically should. He's one of the most famous players in the world, and it's only 7 letters long. It's not that difficult a name to spell. If it was Azpilicueta, I could understand it! Anyway, I have an appointment with my anger management counsellor next week, and I'll have a chat with him about my feelings on this issue.

I was the same with Vieira (two i's, not one).

Quick addition to last night's 'triumph' at the Swamp.
I was there as my wife is from Lyon and her family had flown over for the match from France...an utter shambles for the Lyon fans trying to attend
Though we we arrived at 7:00 pm we were kettle outside the Swamp..time passed and virtually no progress towards the turnstiles..apparently only two open in one gate for 3,000 fans
8pm ko came and went with L'OL fans finally losing patience
At 8:25 Utd finally opened one more gate..2 x turnstiles..cue dangerous stampede..including a dangerous crush at the 2 new turnstiles...Scum security guards clearly barely keeping control
I an fighting to hold off the crush behind me and the Rag security in front
..a young woman behind me has a panic attack..
We finally got into the Swamp at 8:40 having missed most other first half...
I could have seen that situation getting Hillsborough-worse...nasty and dangerous..with no info offered to the Lyon fans..increasing the levels of frustration and anger..
After the game as we remained kettled....a mumbled, half-hearted apology for 'delays'...
Thus was a shambles..and a potentially dangerous one at that..L'OL are bringing a complaint
UEFA need a full report before exposing Bilbao fans to the same dangerous incompetence at The Swamp...
Desperate straw clutching Rag cunts.

Disgusting that, thought we were meant to be civilised in the UK.

They should get a lawyer involved to fight for refunds and compensation.

Paying a fortune to travel and you can't even get in with a valid ticket.

Bury supporter here, posted in our hour of need. At least we've got Gigg back and touch wood should go up today. Hate the reds with a passion similar to you lot, but I think this has already been decided. Sending off and penalty bordered on corrupt, United fan (one of a few I know who I respect including 2 STH's and a long time lapsed STH) who was there even said the 'challenge' for their penalty didn't look like it!. They'll win it, UEFA are desperate to have them at the top table, get your money on at 5 to 2, I have, and might have some more too. If they don't, unlikely, it's one time I'd be happy to donate to the bookies pension fund. What Radcliffe has done to log time STH's in prime seats is little short of disgraceful, so he can sell them to corporate clients. All down to money!
Don't waste your money, they are shit and will lose to the first semi decent side they have faced.

The scaffold is an accident/tragedy waiting to happen.
I’ve been once, for a RL final - I’d say maybe 2/3 at most capacity.
Approaching the stadium felt fine, then it suddenly got a lot more cramped and claustrophobic as you approached the looming brickwork, then you were forced into narrow angled spaces to funnel into the narrowest of turnstiles, with more immediate angles of turning having got through, up the what can only be described as ‘prison stairs’ with grey and rotting concrete visible through the gloom.
This wasn’t the ‘away’ end, this was access to the main side stand. Behind the seats, back row , was some corporate- accessible via some scaffolding stairs. The seats were cramped as hell, I’m glad we were in the back row. And I’m glad the 2 guys in front of me leant forward all game and didn’t ever lean back, as they’d have had my knees piecing their ears.
It felt like a dangerous, tired, dismal, gloomy place, compared to the open, expansive, colourful, safe Etihad. Come the finished north stand expansion and the external development and tidying up (it’s just been patched up for the past 5 years or so, really, awaiting the north stand), the stadium will be another leap ahead.

They have fucked up big style with the redundancies loosing lots of experience staff, the organisation is a shambles and was before the redundancies. They are down to bare bones for match day staff and have recruited lots of students, the problem is they have no patience when their pay packets are messed up and get told they have to wait until the following month for it to be corrected, result they don’t turn up again
