Jiffy Dave needs to get in touch with Dr Geert again. So, it turns out Dave Brailsford is good at managing cycling teams
Knight of the realm - fckin unbelievable. They specialise in undeserving knighthoods.

Good enough for what? to avoid relegation? only just.
It was billed as a genius move by United. Get the guy with successful management credentials in one sport, marginal gains etc. then copy and paste into another. Guess what, it's not that simple.
Yep that was the wording. I think they got away with twice breaching them did they not? Didn't they get extra allowances over other clubs due to covid?''A minor infringement....''
Dunney own goal in last minute ?That just made me laugh. I thought City were the " Comedy Club" the only team to be beat by a team that didn't have a shot on target. I think it was against Bolton? I suppose we will have to make do with all the other records.
Was it West Brom? Dunne pass back own goal in last minute or something. That just made me laugh. I thought City were the " Comedy Club" the only team to be beat by a team that didn't have a shot on target. I think it was against Bolton? I suppose we will have to make do with all the other records.
Please!!!!!!!I know we keep joking about it but in all seriousness they might actually go down next year.
I think Dunney scored a few but I have a vague recollection it was Jihai Sun, a deflection from a shot that was headed towards the corner flag?Dunney own goal in last minute ?
Pretty sure it was against Bolton, and a hand ball penalty? Put away by Gary Speed. Was it West Brom? Dunne pass back own goal in last minute or something.
Both sides just lumped the ball. It was like a non league match. Watching the Rags hoofing it towards Maguire again and again brought me a lot of joy.Joking aside, how bad were Spurs ? Must be the worst performance to ever win a final, absolutely pathetic!!
I was listening to Amorim interview on the radio last week, and I got the distinct impression that he was not looking forward to the challenge of trying to re-build a squad to suit his model, while playing Champions League football. He used the word distraction. Which I'm sure scruffy Jim wouldn't be too pleased about.
He talked about building confidence in a young squad and big games in Europe, away from home, could disrupt that momentum.
I think secretly, he is much happier preparing for one game a week, on a Saturday. Like Bournemouth and Brighton do. You can work with a smaller group of players, less injuries and slowly build something, instead of this rabbit in the headlights football.
They are miles off doing anything at that level.
I expected him to rock up at Wrexham. Why do I keep thinking that Vardy will end up at united?
I vaguely remember it being Jihai Sun against Bolton, a deflection that in typical fashion could have gone anywhere but ended up in the back of City's net?Was it West Brom? Dunne pass back own goal in last minute or something.
