How's this lot spending £62 mill on Cunha, whilst Brexit Jim is sacking another load of dinner ladies. Rotten to the core, it continues to be a pleasure to watch.

This shouldn't allowed a club that is needing to make redundancies yet can find 62million to spend on one play. Thank God we have financial control to stop this.

Seems many rags think they are going to spend big to back the touchline squatter.
Seen them talking of numbers of circa £300 million if they also offload Goofy, Fish finger, Garnacho and Antony.

Given they have missed out on Europe and finished much further down the league than expected their income will be hit significantly. Remember they only got through PSR with a helping hand from their friends in the PL.

Talk of Chuna and Delap for £100 million, on top of their huge outstanding transfer commitments.

Doesnt sit right, smell bullshit.
Spend big... What could possibly go wrong? ;)

The rags are a sick club. The Times today carries a story about how Antony was so unhappy there he could not eat. He has apparently starred at Betis on loan.
This is just the latest case of an expensive star flopping at the rags but doing well once they left. We can all make a list of them. My favourite case is Di Maria who started off really well there but soon had it squeezed out of him and descended into mediocracy. He has thrived since he left.
What is it that causes this to happen over and over again?
The club is entirely rotten.

So just to ensure a full understanding of this - to be compliant by the end of FY25 (ignoring poor financial performances up to this point), their result has to be a minimum of a positive £98m to get them back to the max loss of £105m across the FY23, FY24 & FY25 cycle and avoid penalty?

Not really, they will have Long Covid(50m), one off payment to rent o kill(10m), and the CL league payments (£100m), which they will claim as a one time loss. Creative but Master's allowances are tax free.
Of course they won't fail FFP, it is not there for that.

It's a cultural problem and one that could take another decade to resolve.

Hope we tell them to get fooked
Fingers crossed you do.

This could be quite a watershed moment.

If Wolves stand firm on the 2 year clause and the scum give it the old ‘didn’t want him anyway’ then that can only mean that the money really isn’t there.

All the cleaners and canteen staff have been sacked, so the club is rolling in cash.

PSR is definitely working.

A club that's a billion quid in debt.

Making hundreds of staff redundant.

No European Football at all.

Finished 15th in the league table.

Owe £300m to clubs for players they currently have playing for them.

One of the highest wage bills in Europe.

I could continue...

Fucking joke that they can spend another £62.5m without selling a single player.

That was quick...

United have now met the terms of the contract, so #Wolves have given permission for them to conclude the Matheus Cunha deal and start a medical #mufc

There's something about your post that makes my soul soar.

I think it could be the accumulative damage to the rags, caused by the very thing they sanctioned to destroy MCFC.

It's like watching a seasoned gunslinger shoot his own cock off.
