Yes, they do make threats: legal action, court appearances, credit ratings etc. All I ever do now is hold my iPhone up and tell them I'm recording everything they do and say, they really hate that for some reason and they soon bugger off, sharpish.

not paid them for best part of 15 years now, so i'd estimate at over £2000 saved, at the start i got a couple of visits and a letter every month,these days its a letter every 3 months. i think they have got the message there getting FA off me

I've not had a licence since moving in about 3yrs ago.....not had a threatening letter, not had a visit, just filled in declaration that didn't watch 'live tv' or iplayer when moved in, and updated it again via email link about 6 months ago?
I only watch YouTube, mainly just short footy highlights and music. Must be a reason why some people get hassled, and thers like me don't?
