Given the sheer amount of money they've thrown at their team and managers over the past 15 years, it really is quite extraordinary just how shit they are.

No other team, anywhere in world football has achieved so little with so much.

I keep on expecting it to end, but the gift keeps on giving.

Wonderful.
Yep it’s astonishing that their budgets still rival the elite teams in Europe yet they’ve been a mid table club for half a decade. It won’t last if they don’t find some kind of form.. could end in real trouble.

Let’s fucking hope so :)

The Brentford manager has 8 games worth of experience and the most basic tactics ever completely does United. What do ineos do now then. This is their guy they’ve invested into him. I personally think Sir Jim will overrule and get him sacked.

Just turned on their game for the last 10 mins or so. They are so basic it’s unbelievable, get 30 yards out, lump in a cross and hope for the best. He has been there nearly a year now and if this is how he wants them to play then he will not be there much longer.
I don't understand why Amorim's 5-3-2 is considered to be so radical and so difficult for the united players to adopt.

As far as I can see its just a fancy way of describing Park the Bus Hoofball... which is exactly how united have played for years, even under the Pisscan.

The denial is still strong on the Pistonheads united thread, particularly one notoriously delusional happy clapper...

"200Plus Club said: Sesko will score goals, I'm pleased with the players we bought and the squad we have, plus the changes ineos are starting to bring, we've got a decent squad."

Saw a stat and it was something like amorim has subbed one of his centre halves off for another centre half in 42 out of 48 games.
Bit odd
