I actually think Amorim is a decent manager who with time would make them decent. If i was them I'd not worry about results and concentrate on the squad solidifying with sensible signings and consistent tactics over a season or 2 more. So I hope they fire him soon and go back to square 1. Such fun.

The Butcher of Amsterdam has spoken (fck me think I'd rather have Fred Elliott at the back).

Manchester United defender Lisandro Martinez speaking to Sky Sports: "Really disappointed. We can't come here at home and draw this game. We have to win when we play at home. The opponent has to suffer and we didn't get the three points. Very frustrating. The team gave everything. Just for a few moments, we conceded in the last moment of the first half, that can happen. We can deserve that, it's our responsibility.

"We played well with the ball in the first half but then we dropped too much, couldn't press their centre backs. They were comfortable with the ball and they started moving round and creating spaces. Wolves don't deserve the place they are, it's a strong team. We respect them. We have to take more risks.

"The lads are very disappointed, we expect better. We have to take it and accept it and go for the next one."

“It's easy to understand why the Premier League's finest are spooked: Haaland has hit 14 goals in nine matches since joining Pep Guardiola's reigning champions during the summer.

But surely all they have to do is contact Manchester United's Lisandro Martinez – a defender whose reputation was enhanced by seemingly knowing how to nullify the Norwegian.”

Its wonderful

Seeing City win everything over the last 15 years has been marvelous but seeing the downfall of the rags at the same time & having the GPC witness it all just makes it even better
I think Ferguson secretly enjoys it. Means no manager can touch his legacy, and he’ll remain their greatest ever.

Wonder how Neville will spin this one out ????
The 4-4 against Bournemouth and the 4-1 beating of Wolves had them getting all giddy about how exciting it was.
The 1-0 win aluded to that they where solid

And now a 1-1 draw against easily one of the poorest sides in PL history so whats the angle on this one.

They have a odd few game spell where they look OK before the real United return
