Dog owners who don't pick up their dogs shit should be sent to jail, dirty fucking inconsiderate wankers.
Repeat offenders should get life, No matter what the crime, Including speeding drivers.
The grammar police should get credit for pointing out errors in posts. My spelling is shite but it was far worse before I joined this board. I still struggle with " were " " where " and the like but this board gives you free English lessons.
The cabal are a decent bunch of lads. Didsbury Dave and SWP BACK are two of the best posters on here and should meet up over a beer and sort out their differences in a friendly adult manor.

They aren't even that, political wards are broken up into much smaller areas. It's just that Manchester is thin and tall, and the City Centre is somewhere nearish the middle, so North and South are quite easily distinguishable. Plus one is definitely more affluent than the other.
