Update on building work at COMS (with pics of new pitch)

Looks like the pitch is slighlty reduced? Maybe going little narrower. Might jus be me but the pitch was never that far away from the technical area?

exactly what i thought, as we had one of, if not the biggest in the league, if it has been reduced thats a big give away of the way we will set up our formation this season, so looks like we won't be setting up to play 442 any more.

I can't wait to get back in there again.
Its slowly becoming a home after how many years 7

'Defining the dimensions of the pitch and putting the sockets in for the corner flags-as in the past seven years the pitch measurements will remain 105 metres long by 68 metres wide. This is UEFA standard measurements which almost all the Premier League have at their stadiums, it is not (and never has been since we moved to COMS) the biggest pitch in the Premier League as you may have been led to believe in the past!'

Werent they sold as being there for a minimum of 10 years? If so we are on 7 now so wont be long before they want more money to keep them there or come up with something else.

Yes but some of them aren't 7 years old, I bought one for my Mum and dad's wedding anniversary only 3 years ago.

Think it's deceiving I'm doing the tour today and the guy on the phone said they're waiting to re-lay the astroturf around the edges of the pitch, maybe that's why it looks narrower.
