I can't see this one to be honest, a couple of years ago then yes this is the type of deal we would have gone for but with the position we are now in why would we need to bring in a 30 year old who has had his injury problems? if we are looking for a stop gap then i am sure RM will be bringing in Corboda as he knows him and what he will be getting. Surely we need to now be targeting our long term future players, people in there early to mid 20's who are going to be around for years.

we need to get to the point where we have a deep squad full of quality and experience with a lot of young talent pushing for the chance to be in the team. and then look at adding one or two players each year unless an opportunity comes up that is too good to turn down
