Few tips
1. You require a photo with white background and filling the form took a while as it didn’t save particularly well.
2. It was a bit temperamental in accepting the photo upload. Had to try a few times.
3. It asks for countries visited in the last 5 years and dates of travel.
4. Address of place where staying whilst you are there.

Yes - you put a lot of information in and then selects certain bits and creates a 2 page document with photo in which is emailed.

Milan Rome Vienna Bucharest and Budapest seemed to be the cheapest with Wizz Air that was a couple of months ago

Ive been flying to and from the middle east a lot recently and Gulf air has been the cheapest from Manchester.
