To be fair when I worked on stuff there in the late 80s and early 90s, breaking in wasn't that unusual, we had equipment vandalised twice to my knowledge.

Apparently it's very easy for Nato allies to open up the strait of Hormuz, but presumably too difficult for the US, who have already won the war and don't require or want any help to do it alone?

Apparently it's very easy for Nato allies to open up the strait of Hormuz, but presumably too difficult for the US, who have already won the war and don't require or want any help to do it alone?

I think the big difference is that NATO allies are advocating discussion whilst Trump is only interested is blowing things up to make him look hard

Iran's top military spokesman has warned that Tehran may plan attacks at civilian locations around the world.

"From now on, based on the information we have about you, even parks, recreational areas and tourist destinations anywhere in the world will no longer be safe for you," Abolfazl Shekarchi said, according to Iranian state television.

It renews a concern held by analysts as the war goes on that Iran could revert to using militant attacks beyond the Middle East as a pressure tactic in the war.

Early on in the war, the intelligence unit of the US Department of Homeland Security also warned Iran could target US soil, although a large-scale physical attack was unlikely.

The head of Germany's parliamentary control panel for the secret service, Marc Henrichmann, previously warned of terror attacks outside the Middle East.

"Retaliatory measures, including those carried out by Iranian sleeper cells in Europe, cannot be ruled out," he told Suddeutsche Zeitung.

Two arrested trying to get into Faslane nuclear base in Scotland - One was a male of Irainian origin.
Also, the weekly pro democracy demonstration procession that goes from Finchly to the London Iranian embassy was interupted by 3 black Audis with men doing slit throat gestures. An Audi then hit a demonstrator with a glancing blow. Sadly for them the procession was being followed by a police motor cyclist who gave chase and the driver of Audi was arrested and later charged with dangerous driving.
