Trump has been pretty open about effectively starting another trade war with china via tariffs and oddly enough Taiwan too.
I think he will stop the support for Ukraine but frankly since zelinsky started talking nuclear I think everyone is getting cold feet. Not sure about Ukraines status post conflict. Although I don't want Putin getting it all his way I also don't want to return to a cold war with NATO and Russia staring at each other across the dnipro. I don't think trump will pull out of or disband NATO, but he will insist on member nations paying their way and not getting defence on the cheap by relying on the US European presence. Agree that trump will be isolationist and America first etc, but us corporate interests and reality will make that difficult. BRICS is certainly a challenge and will continue to strengthen while those nations are in economic growth while the west stagnates. Ultimately currency is an act of faith, and there is still some way to go globally before the dollar is replaced - not within a trump govt and probably not within his lifetime.
